The Throne of Mercy: Justice and Mercy in Selichot and Beyond Saturday Sept. 13, 8 PM. In-person and on Zoom here The High Holidays contain iconic imagery that expresses both God's judgment and God's mercy. Explore how God reconciles these seemingly contradictory attributes in our tradition and models how we too can balance accountability and compassion in our lives and our relationships with others.

Are you caring for a facility? Feel like you’re all alone in figuring out everything that needs to happen to keep the doors open? We feel you! I am dealing with these types of challenges as part-time pastor of Newton Presbyterian Church, a beautiful building that’s over 144 years old and counting.
By popular demand, CPA MA is starting a peer group space for Facilities, Operations, and Administrator folks to share their expertise, experience, frustrations, and joys of being the “behind the scenes” people. We plan to use this space on a bi-monthly (ever other month) basis to discuss operational challenges, vendor recommendations, and any other topics the group brings to the table!
Our first call will be on Thursday, Sept. 18th at 1 pm ET. During our first meeting, we'll get to know each other and talk more about how buildings are handling their custodial needs. I'll also provide details about our upcoming janitorial services RFP.
