New Views on Parsha: The Peril and Promise of Dreams

In this week's Torah portion dreams cause Joseph both peril and promise. His dreams ostracize him from his brothers who sell him into slavery, even as his interpretation of the baker, cupbearer, and Pharaoh's dreams raise him to prince of Egypt. Together, we'll explore the promise and peril of dreams for Joseph as we consider the role of dreams in Jewish tradition, gaining insight into the meaning dreams can play for us as they did for our ancestors.
